Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru
Pick up from Nairobi Hotel at around 0700hrs and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is home to warthogs, waterbuck, buffaloes, reedbucks, and the occasional leopard. White and black rhinos were introduced to the park some years ago and you may find white rhino at the southern end. The park has also retained its reputation as an ornithologists’ delight with more than 400 species of bird found here. Enjoy your Evening game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. Meals and overnight at Flamingo Hill Tented Camp.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
Depart after your very early morning breakfast for the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. Proceed for Mara arriving for your hot lunch at your tented camp. On clear days, Masai Mara offers fantastic orange tinted sunsets and you will definitely want to capture this moment while sipping on a sundowners back at your lodge. The Mara reserve is 1510 sq km of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers. Wherever you go in the Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and hippos also exist in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Full day in the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. You will visit the Mara River for hippo and crocodile viewing. Search for Mara popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo, and the dangerous Crocodiles. It offers breathtaking views as seen in the Film ‘Out of Africa’ much of which was filmed here. Meals and overnight at Osero Mara Camp.
Day 4: Masai Mara to Nairobi
Enjoy your early morning game drive at Masai Mara National Reserve. Transfer after your game for Nairobi arriving late afternoon.
